I RESERVE "LL", MUIRFIELD VILLAGE-PHASE

I WHEREAS, when Phase 8 was platted an easement was given to the

WHEREAS, the area of said easement is now being re-platted as a I
I part of Muirfield Village-Phase 12, it is now necessary that said I
easement be vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA INED by the Counc i I of the V i II age of
I Dublin, State of Ohio, 5 of the elected members concurring:
Section I. That the easement described on Exhibit "A" attached and ,
hereby made an official part of this Ordinance be, and the same
I hereby is, vacated.

I Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force I
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
