AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE BALANCE OF I
DRAKE ROAD IN THE VilLAGE OF DUBLIN,

I WHEREAS, Council by Resolution NO: 24-74 passed on September 9,
I ~
1974, did thereby declare the intent to abandon all of Drake Road,
and:
WHEREAS, Muirfield Ltd has now provided an alternate access for
the one remaining property on said road and has submitted the De-
velopment Plan for the area encompassing Drake Road:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi I lage of
I Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:

I Section I . That the entire portion of Drake Road as described on
the attached Description, Exhibit "A" which is hereby made an of-
I ficial part of this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, vacated.
I
I Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
I
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
