AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF I
THE VILLAGE TO CAUSE NOTICE OF INTENT TO
APPROPRIATE PROPERTY FOR PHASE II MUNICIPAL I
SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM TO BE SERVED UPON
PROPERTY OWNERS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin, Ohio, has duly enacted
a Resolution Declaring the Intent to Appropriate Property for
the Phase II Municipal Sewage Collection System, and
WHEREAS, there remains outstanding several easements on
property necessary for the Phase II Municipal Sewage Collection
System,
NO\.-I, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the
Village of Dublin, f) members concurring:
Section 1.
That the Mayor of the Village of Dublin be and hereby is
fl directed to cause to be served by the Chief of Police of said
. I Village or other suitable persons, the Notice to all affected

Property Ovmers whose easements have not been obtained of the
Intent to Appropriate attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and
incorporated herein by reference as if fully repeated.
Section 2.
That the said Notice shall be served upon the following
property owners:

Section 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared
to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation
a of the publ ic peace, health and safety and for the further reason that
the Village does not want to jeopardize the E.P.A. Federal funds in-
volved in this project, therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
