NUMBER OF WATER TAP PERMITS TO BE

WHEREAS, in the interest of the public health, safety and welfare
it is necessary to set a limitation on the number of Water Tap
Permits to be permitted on the Summitview Road Waterline:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. In the interest of the public health, safety and welfare,
no further Water Tap Permits will be issued on the Summitview Road
Waterline after the number of thirteen hundred (1300) taps have been
committed through approval of further zonings and including areas
already developed which are served by this Summitview Road
Waterline, and that this waterline may not be extended 'to serve
areas other than those which it was designed to serve.
{l SECTION 2. It is to be expressly understood that on any future
I I rezonings or Development Plans, involving this Waterline, that will
exceed this thirteen hundred (l 300 ) maximum, the applicants shall
V be advised that there is no Water service available until further
improvements are made to this system. However, it is expressly
understood that, upon the approval of Council, this tap limit
ina'y. be increased by the construction of improvements to the
present system.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
