I IDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICTS.

I BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1: That the following described real estate referred to as the "Cof-
fman-Hiller Tractll (See attached legal description marked "Exhibit A") sit-
uated in the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, shall be, and it hereby is,
rezoned to the S.O., C.C. and R-12 Zoning Districts and shall be subject to
regulations and p roceedures cont ained in Ordinance No: 21-70 (Village of
Dublin, Ohio Zoning Code) and amendments thereto.
SECTION 2: The application, Exhibit "BIl, the list of contiguous property
owners, Exhibit IIC II, the location plat, Exhibit IlD", and the report of the
Planning Commission, Exhibit IIEII are all incorporated into, and made an
official part of this Ordinance and said real estate shall be developed and
used in accordance therewith.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect anCl. be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
