AN ORDINANCE RETAINING AN INDEPENDENT
CONTRACTOR AS A BUILDING INSPECTION
CONSULTANT, SETTING THE COMPENSATION
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

I I BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
l.., of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That R. Richard Royce be and he hereby is retained
as an independent contractor as a Building Inspection Consultant
for the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for a six (6) month period
effective with the date on which this Ordinance takes effect.
SECTION 2. That said R. Richard Royce shall be paid at the rate
of $8.00 per hour for services performed as Building Inspection
Consultant.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be and the same hereby is
declared an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for
the further reason that the regular Building Inspector is in
r, need of assistance when not available or on vacation. There-
