MENTAL HEALTH AND RETARDAilON SERVICES

WHEREAS, Section 721.23 of the Ohio Revised Code states that the
legislative authority of a municipal corporation may permit the
use of public bui Idings under its contro I :
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Village of
I Dublin, State of Ohio, ____ of the elected members concurring:

I SECT I ON I. The North Area Mental Health and Retardation Services
I
(a non-profit organization) are hereby permitted to use the
I bu i I ding, owned by the Vii lage located at 5614 Post Road as a
I service center. All uti lity payments shall be the responsibi lity
of said service Agency and shall not be an obligation of the
V i II age. General bui Iding and yard maintenance shal I also be
the responsibi lity of said service Agency.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance'shall take effect and be In
force and after the earl iest period al lowed by law.
