AN ORDIANCE CONFIRMING THE 6
I MONTH PROBATIONARY APPOrNTMENT
I OF THREE (3) RESERVE POLICE

OFFICERS OF THE VILLAGE OF
I DUBLIN, OHIO.
WHEREAS, Christine Yingst, Lawrence Schaefer and Steven Rees
have satisfactorily passed a written examination, a physical
I examination, a backgroud investigation and an oral interview,
all for the purpose of becoming Reserve Police Officers for
the Village of Dublin, Ohio; and I
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed said officers for a six month I
probationary term as Reserve Police Officers for said Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OR~INED by the COUDcil of the Village of I

Dublin, State of Ohio of the elected members concurring I

Section I . The six month probationary appointment of Christine I

Yingst, Lawrence Schaefer, and Steven Rees as Vii lage of Dubl in I
Reserve Police Officers be, and they hereby are approved and
confirmed. I
Sect i on 2. TheBe appointments are to continue as probationary
C unt i I such time as the said officers are either finally appointed
and confirmed or until the final appointments are rejected.
Section 3. This Ordinance i s to be in force and take effect from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
