I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 21-70, the Village
I Zoning Code, AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON.
I " WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that the follow- I
I U ing proposed amendment of Section 450.03, the per-
mitted uses in P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development)

is appropriate; I
I NOW, :HEREFORE, BE !T OROAINED by ~he~uncil of
the Village of Dublin, State of OhiO, of' the
I elected members concurring:
I SECTION I. That Section 450.03, permitted uses
I in P.U.D. in the Village Zoning Code be amend-
I ed as follows:
