High Street. \ Those in attendance were Bill Callahan, Don Caudy, Charles Coffman "-.-.,' Chairman OrvilleJ. Moffitt, Planner larry Helman, Engineer Bill Myers and Solicitor Don Richardson. Chairman Moffitt called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. The minutes of the April 4, 1978 meeting were approved as revised. U Mr. Temple came before the Commission for a variance for the prop- erty at Brand and Avery Road. Mr. Callahan recommended approving and sending the variance to BZA, Mr. Macklin seconded. The vote was unanimous. j Mr. Bassett asked for a I ' set-back line on the property on North i Riverview. Mr. Coffman moved to approve, seconded by Mr. Callahan. The vote was unan imous. A lot split was also requested on a 2.38 acre lot on Brand Road. Mr. Coffman moved to approve, Mr. Ca II ahan . seconded dependent on meeting requirements for 40,000 sq. foot re- qu i rement. , An informal discussion was held on the Dubl in Plaza Shopping Center. The Commission brought up three (3) items that should be looked in- to: screening, signs and set back lines. Mr. Coffman made a motion to accept with the requirement that Mr. Solove work out details on , .-, ~,/ the street with the Planner and Engineer and if ~hey decide to ded- icate the street~ recommend approval and if they decide 'to keep it a private street, also recommend approval to Council. Mr. Ca II ahan seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous. Mr. Callahan moved to accept the Final Development Plat of Birnam I ) Woods, Mr. Caudy seconded. The vote was unanimous. i I U i Mr. Morton's request for a lot split was dissaproved. Mr. Howard Adams of Muirfield brought forward an application for a zoning change for contiguous parcels of land. The Commission first decided that under Section 450.05 of Zoning Ordinance these three areas are contiguous to the existing Muirfield Ltd. P.U.D. and therefore, that the Concept & Preliminary Plan presented was the : proper rezoning application. Mr. Callahan made the motion to approve and Mr. Macklin seconded. The vote was unanimous. Mr. Adams also informed the Commission of the changes of:school sites by the schoold board.
