AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST AND
BEST BID FOR 1978 STREET IMPROVEMENTS:
U AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No:33-78 bids have been recieved
for said Street Improvements; and
WHEREAS, Counci I has determined that the bid of l3A~ ~S7'~7t4J
in the amount of $~:{l)3'.~ is the lowest and best bid:,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA I NED, by the Counc i I of the Vi 1'1 age of
Dubl in, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:

SECTION I, That the bid of ~~ ~N~7~~.j for the 1978 Street
Improvements, in accordance with plans and specifications present

is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That ~he Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasure
be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to
contract in the name of the Village wi~h the said

- SECTION ~~ That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that these improvements are presently needed and
therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immed-
iately upon its passage.,
