AN ORBINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE
I SAFETY-POLICE FUND AND THE STREET FUND:
I AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, the 1978 Appropriations Ordinance includes an appropria-
I tion for the TRANSFER of funds from the General Fund to the
Safety-Police Fund and the Street Fund.

I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORD~'NED by the Council of the Village of I
I
I Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring: I
I
I SECTION I. That the Clerk Treasurer be and he hereby is author-
ized and directed to make_a TRANSFER from the General Fund to
I the Safety-Police Fund in the amount of $55,000.00 and a TRANSFER
I
I from the General Fund to the Street Fund in the amount of I
I $40,000.00. I
I SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is de-
I clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
I ) preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
I further reason that these TRANSFERS are immediately needed to
I meet the obligations of the Safety-Police fund and the Street
I fund, therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
I ~ immediately upon passage.
