SECTION I. The easements for portions of the Phase II Sanitary
Sewer attached hereto marked Exhibit A (Mr. & Mrs. H.D. Smith)
and Exhibit B (Mr. & Mrs. J. H. Barrett) and made a part hereof,
be, and they are, hereby, approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
