AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO: I
I 59-78 AND EMPLOY I NG J..,S", Fcu7i I
AS A CLERICAL ASSISTANT FOR THE VILLAGE
I ~ OF DUBLIN, OHIO; AND DECLARING AN EMER-
GENCY.

WHEREAS, the Clerical Assistant employed since August 1976, has
tendered her resignation effective June 30, 1978, and: I

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dub I in, State of Oh i or, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the appointment by the Mayor of the said h.'~,f.
Fo \oJ'" 'I as a Clerical Assistant of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio, be, and it hereby is, confirmed. .
SECTION 2. That the annual compensation for said Clerical Assist. I
0 ant shall be within the range specified by Ordinance No:61-77
"The Compensation Plan" for the Village of Dublin, adopted by,
Council October 17, 1977. A II Sick Leave, Insurance, Vacation
and other fringe benefi~s as prescribed in said Ordinance No:61-7

SECTION 3. This appointment is conditioned on the said L", ~
MO~ taking, and passing, a physical examination, with-
in the next two (2) weeks, if said examination is not already
certified.
I SECTION 4~ That the duties of said Clerical Assistant shall be,
I but necessarily limited to, those described in the "JOB DESCRIP-
I TION" hereto attached and made a part of this Ordinance marked
Exh i b it "A".
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that due to the aformentioned resignation, a Cieri
cal Assistant was needed as of July I, 1978, therefore this Ord-
inance shall take effect and be in force immediatley upon its
0 passage and said appointment shall be retroactive to July I, 1978
