AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A MAXIMUM
GROSS WEIGHT FOR VEHICLES ON GLICK
n. ROAD, VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, TOWNSHIP
OF CONCORD, COUNTY OF DELAWARE,

WHEREAS, Counc i I is of the opinion that a maximum gross weight
should be established for Glick Road:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of I

I Dubl in, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: I
I
I
SECTION I. No vehicle with a maximum gross weight exceeding four I
(4) tons shal I be operated or moved, over or upon Glick Road,
Village of Dubl in, Township of Concord, County of Delaware, State
I of Ohio.
I
I
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not apply to fire engines, fire
I trucks, or other vehicles or apparatus belonging to any munici-

SECTION 3. Whoever violates this Ordinance shall be fined not
