I U WHEREAS, the Clerical Assistant employed since August 1976, has tendered her resignation effective June 30, 1978 and: WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed CARolYN ~ as a Clerical Assistant for the Village of Dublin, Oh i 0, and: \~HEREAS , Counc i I is of of the opinion that CIIIlPt.jJJ ALLEN IS a suitable person for such appointment: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of I Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: SECTION I . That the appointment by the Mayor of the said CAAD~Y~ I I -4 L.LEN as a Clerical Assistant of the Village of Dublin, I Ohio be, and it hereby is confirmed. I SECTION 2. That the annual compensation for said Clerical Assist- n ant shall be within the range specified by Ordinance No.61-77 "The Compensation Plan" for the Vi I lage of Dubl in, adopted by l.; Counc i I October 17, 1977. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby . de- IS, clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason that due to the aformentioned resignation~ a Cleri- cal Assistant will be needed as of July I, 1978, therefore this Ordinance shal I take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and said appointment shal I be effective July I , 1978.
