WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance NO:45-78 bids have been received I
for garbage and rubbish collecting and hauling service to the
Village; and

I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Village of
I Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the members elected thereto con-

I SECTION I . That the bid of r-i~~ ~(8A~~ for garbage and

I rubbish collecting and hauling service to the Village of Dublin
be, and it hereby IS, accepted. I
SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasure I
0t be, and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a
I Contract (copy attached) in the name of the Village with the said
C ~4D~E~ ~AR8A~S- for said services according to the spe-
I cification contained in Ordinance NO;45-78. I

I' SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS, de-

clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the publ ic peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that the current contract for these services ex-
pires on June 30, 1978 and therefore this Ordinance shal I take
effect and be in fbrce immediately upon its passage with the I
contract~ being effective as of Jul.y I , 1978. t

\~ ITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin desires to have garbage and rubbish I
collected in said Vi Ilage, and FC.'IJE~ C;-~t611GE' desires to I
collect and dispose of the same, for the period commencing July I , I
1978, and ending on September 30, 1979. I
WHEREAS, by Ordinance of the Village 'of Dubl in, the Vii lage Admin-
istrator and the Clerk-Treasurer have been authorized on behalf of

NOW, THEREFORE:, in consideration of the mutual promises given In
Ordinance No:45-78 (authorizing advertisement for said services)
and Ord i nance No :5X. 71, accepting the bid of rLpwEIl orAL /JA (i-c
for said services, th~ Village and the Contractor, agree as follows:
The Village and the Contractor agree to abide by all Sections of
abovementioned Ordinances 45-78 and ~7~. I

G The V i II age agrees to pay 'the Contractor the sum of $ lfJS-7. '0 per * I
month for the services set forth above and In Ordinances 45-7.~ and
.511-1t for all the existing residences in the Vi Ilage of Dubl in,
Ohio, and to pay in addition thereto the sum of $ "YIJ for each
additional residence built and occupied or annexed to the Village,
during the term of this contract.
The contract price may be modified according to law during the term
'of this contract to compensate for the increased cost of disposal.
The Vi Ilage agrees to pay contractor for services rendered for each
mont h, on or before the 10th day of th~ following month.
. Said Contract to be cancellable by the Village of Dublin, without,
liability, upon th i rty (30) days written notice of cancellation to
the Contractor.
