AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST AND BEST
r BIDS FOR TWO NEW CRUISERS, LESS TRADE-INS,
AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR AND
CLERK-TREASURER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT: AND
I DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinances 28A-78 and 28B-78 bids have been
received for the sale to the Village of'two new Cruisers, less
trade-ins; and
WHEREAS, Counc i I has determined that the bid of ao~ ~~~M~
for the two Cruisers, less trade-ins, is the lowest and
best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Village of

Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the bid of ~,.., (Yl' Dolt. fVt,.,j for the
sale to the Village of two new Cruisers, less trade- ins, in
accordance with the specifications presently on file in the offi e
of the Clerk-Treasurer be, and hereby is accepted.
r SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treas-
urer be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute
a contract in the name of the Village with the said Ao~

sers, less trade-ins, in accordance with the specifications
presently on file in the office 04 the Clerk-Treasurer, and in
