/",-, AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST AND
U ~ST 81D FOR A NEW DUMP TRUCK, AUTHOR-
IZING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR AND
CLERK-TREASURER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT:
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No:29-78 bids have been received
for the sale to the Village of a]new Dump-Truck; and
\~HEREAS, Counc i I has determined that the bid of /~OGV~~
in the amount of $ l~, 3oG. ~ is the lowest and
best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Vi Ilage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ,~of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the bid of 74 Of.JJ f=i:t.. f;;, for the
sale to the Village of a new Dump Truck in accordance with the
specifications presently on file: in the office of the Clerk-
Treasurer be, and hereby is, accepted.
( ~';>, , SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treas-
... ) urer be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute
l a ~ntract in the name of the Vi,lage with the said -
~ 1Jt:N ~~ for the purchase by the V i II age of a new
Dump Truck in, accordance with the specifications presently on
file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, and in accordance wit
the said bid of ~ lfe, ~oc,..;t.~' .
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace~ health and safety and for the
further reason that a new Dump Truck is presently needed to main
tain efficient services in the Village, and therefore this Ord-
inance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
