I WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No:23-78, bids have been received
I for a Self Supporting Salt Storage Bui Iding; and

WHEREAS, Counc i I has determined that the bid of SIEf(,//C~ StJpp/..y LIP,

is the lowest and best bid: .

I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of

I Dublin, State of Ohio, ____ of the elected members concurring:

SECTION I. That the bid of for a self support-
ing Salt Storage Sui Iding, in accordanee with the plans and spe- I
cifications presently on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasure I

, SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasurer I

be, and they hereby arc, authorized and directed to execute a I
contract in the name of the Vi IIage with~e said S.E/<V/cE SI/J'/'Ly
L,P. for the Salt Storage Building in accordance with the I
0 plans and specifications presently on file in the office of the
Clerk-Treasurer and in accordance with the said bid of SERvICE I

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de- I
I clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate I
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the I
further reason that the Village desires to have said Salt Storage I
I Buildi~g in operation for the Winter of 1978-1979, therefore this I
I Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its I
I
I passage.
