AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING TO PROCEED I
WITH THE IMPROVING OF CERTAIN STREETS I
I IN THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN BY THE CON-
~ STRUCTION OF WATERLINES AND APPUR-
I TENANCES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. I

I BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Vi Ilage of Dublin, Frankl in
. and Delaware Counties, State of Ohio;
SECTION I . That it is hereby determined to proceed with the im-
proving of certain streets in the Village of Dublin, by the con-
I struction of waterlines and appurtenances in the.public streets
I and right-of-ways and easemen'ts as fully described in Resolution
I No:02-78 passed on February 20, 1978 declaring the necessity of
I
I constructing said waterlines. I
I
SECTION 2. That said improvement shall be made in accordance I
I with the provisions of said Resolution #02-78 and with the plans,
specifications, estimates and profiles heretofore approved and 1
n ow on f i I e in the office of the Village Clerk.

SECTION 3~ That a II claims for damages resulting therefrom that
have been I ega I I y f i led, sha II be inquired after completion of I
C the proposed improvement, and the Solicitor is hereby authorized
and directed to institute legal proceedings in a court of com-
petent jurisdiction and on the lots and lands described therein.
SECTION 4. That portion of the cost provided in the above-men- I
tioned Resolution of Necessity to be assessed shall be assessed
in the manner and the number of installments provided in said
Resolution and on the lots and lands described therein.
SECTION 5. That the estimated assessments heretofore prepared
and fi led in the office of the Village Clerk and as equalized by
the board heretofore appointed for such purposes by Resolution
No:12-78 adopted on May I, ;~7~ the report of which board was I
approved by Resolution No: - adopted May 15, 1978, be and the I
I
same hereby are adopted. I
SECTION 6. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to deliver a
certified copy of this Ordinance to the County Aud itor with in
fifteen days after its passage. I
SECTION 7. Subject to the provisions of RC727.24, the Vi Ilage
Adm i n i strator is hereby authorized and directed as soon as the
~ funds therefore are available to make and execute a contract for
said improvement with the lowest and best bidder after advertis- 1

i ng accord i ng to law and the improvement shall be financed as
provided in the Resolution of Necessity. I
SECT I'ON 8. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety of said Village and for the further rea-
son that the immediate construction of said improvement is nec- ~
essary to provide a potable water source and protect the health I
