AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSfER I
Of fUNDS fROM THE GENERAL fUND TO THE
SAfETY-POLICE fUND: AND DECLARING AN I
0 EMERGENCY. I

WHEREAS, the 1978 Appropriations Ordinance includes an appropria-
tion for the TRANSfER of funds to the SAfETY-POLICE fund:
I NOW, THEREfORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
I Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring; I
SECTION I. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby IS, author
ized and directed to make a TRANSfER from the GENERAL fund to the
SAfETY-POLICE fund in the amount of $30,000.00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that this TRANSfER is immediately necessary to
I meet the obligations of the SAfETY-POLICE fund, therefore this
I Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
