AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO ADVERTISE

PROVEMENTS: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, there is a need for Street and Road Improvements in the ,

Village of Dublin in 1978; I

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of I
!
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: I
]
SECTION I . That the Village Administrator be, and he hereby is,
authorized and directed to advertise for bids for said Street
and Road Improvements in accordance with the plans and specifica-
tions prepared by the Vii lage Engineer and presently on file in ,
the office of the Clerk-Treasurer. All bids shall be sealed and
shall be filed with the Village Administrator, of the Vi Ilage of
Dublin, Ohio, before 11:00 AM dJM . ,.s- , 1978, at which
time said bids shall be publicly opened. The Counc i I of the
Vii lage of Dublin reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
T i preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
reason that these improvements are presently needed and that this
. I Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its

passage.
