A CONFIRMING THE SIX MONTH
PROBATIONAY APPOINTMENT OF ROBIN GElS

AND RICHARD HAYS TO THE POSITIONS OF
SERGEANT ON THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN PO-
U LICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, The Mayor has appointed Officers Robin Geis and Richard
Hays to the positions of sergeant on the Village of Dublin Police
Department; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Council of the Village of Dublin that
said officers have satisfactorily completed all the requirements
previously set forth by said Council for appointment to the posi-
tions of sergeant;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it, and it is, hereby RESOLVED, by the Council
of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, ~ of the Members concurring,
that:
SECTION 1. The appointment by the Mayor of officers Robin Geis and
Richard Hays to the positions of Sergeant on the Village of Dublin
Police Department is, hereby, confirmed.
SECTION 2. That this appointment is for the probationary period of
; six months.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
