AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 59-74,

WHEREAS, it'is necessary to amend Ordinance 59-74 adopted November
18, 1974: i

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Vii lage of I
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That Section 50.34'ofOrdinance 59-74 adopted by
Vi Ilage Counci I on November 18 ' 1974 is hereby amended by adding

the following':'
"In the ~ase of proven hardship or extra-ordinary cir-
cumstances or proven excessive costs to make the re-
quired connection to Sanita~y Sewerage facilities, the
:~;:':~:'3,-;,Vi:r;lage Administrator, with concurrence of Council,
may grant relief from said required connection to said
Sanitary Sewerage facilities."

, I SECTION 2. Should the Village of Dublin or the Franklin County
Board of Health find that an applicant who has been granted such
- relief, is in violation of the proper maintenance of their septic
tank system or aereation system, Council may rescind such relief
given, immediatelyJand the applicant shall make necessary repairs
or alterations required to make said system operable or make the
required connection to the Sanitary Sewerage facilities.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
