AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A TWO HOUR
PARKING LIMITATION ON NORTH AND SOUTH
LJ HIGH STREET IN THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
OHIO BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8: A.M. AND
5:00 P.M., MONDAY THRU SATURDAY OF
EVERY WEEK. ;

WHEREAS, it has been recommended by a Committee appointed to
study parking on North and South High Street in the Village of
Dubl in:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . Per Sect i on 21 of Ordinance No:23B-72 "The Traffic
Code of the Village of Dublin, Ohio" passed May I, 1972, parking
on South. High Street from Fifth Alley North to U.S. 33 (Bridge
Street) and on North High Street from U.S. 33 (Bridge Street)
north to the Library an~ Forum is hereby limited to a two.hour
period between the hours of 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday thr~ Satur-
day of every week. Said limited parking shall be designated by
appropriate signs to give notice thereof.

( SECTION 2. Parking spaces designated for, and for the exclusive :

In the vicinity of 118 South High and in the vicinity of 90 North
High and a sticker maybe given to a handicapped person at the
place of their employment for as long as deemed necessary.
SECTION 3. The Mayor is, hereby, authorized to issue permits to
a II handicapped persons so requesting them, exempting said handi-
capped persons from the requirements and prohibitions of this
Ordinance, provided, however, that persons holding said permits
agree, in advance, to mov"j,1their motor vehicles on the request
of the Village Administrator for the purpose of allowing the
Village access to the parking spaces for snow plowing, utility.

SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
