BID FOR A NEW SNOW PLOW, AUTHORIZING

WHEREAS,' pursuant to Ordinance No: 16-78 bids have been'receJved
for the sale to the Village of a new Snow Plow;jand
, .
WHEREAS, 'Council nas determined that the ~id of Gledhill Mach~
inery Co. in the amount of $5,104.73 is the lowest and best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORD~INED by th~ Council of the Village ~f
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the bid of Gledhill Machinery Co. Tor the sale
to.the Village of a new Snow Plow in accordance with the speci-
fications' presently on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer ;
be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2~ That the Village Admiriistrator and the Clerk-Treas-,
urer be. and they hereby are, authorized' and directed to execute
I a contract in the name of.the Village with the said, Gledhitl
\. Machinery Co. for the purchase by the Village of a new Snow Plow"
"I in;~ccordancewith th~' specificatio~s presently on.fi,le in t~e :
office of the Clerk-Treasurer, and In accordance with the said I
1- bid of Gledhi II Machinery Co. ,-,"
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be,. and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public pe~ce, health and safety and for the
further reason that a new Snow Plow needs to be purchased to
maintain efficient services in the Village, and' therefore this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
