WHEREAS the Vii lage' is in need of a ~ew Dump Truck:

SECTION I. That the Village Administrator be, and he hereby is,
authorized and directed to advertise for bids for a new Dump
. Truck, cab and chassis with dump body, to be used with front
m~unted snow-plow and rear mounted spreader, having the following
spec if i cat i on s : .
I. latest model ,available 1978 or 1979.
· 2. G.V.W. rating 27,500 pounds.
3. Wheelbase - 84' inches from rear of cab to center of axle.
4. Front Axle - minimum capaci!ty 9000 pounds.
