AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR THE I
CONSTRIJCTION OF A COMFORT STATION AND TWO (2) SHELTER I
HOUSES FOR THE COFFMAN ROAD COMMUNITY PARK: AND DECL-
Cl ARING AN EMERGENCY.
iJ WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 38-75 bids have been re-
ceived for the construction of a Comfort Station and
I two (2) Shelter Houses, and:
W ~REAS. ~Counc i 1 has determ i ned that the bid of -.w......., ..,....,

is the lowest and best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the
Vi Ilage of Dubl in, State of Ohio, " of the elected
members concurring:
SECT I ON I. That the bid of C. 0""0 ~t..n (. for the
construction of said Comfort Station and two (2) Shelter
Houses for the Vi I lage of Dubl in in accordance with the
specifications presently on fi Ie in the office of the
Clerk-Treasurer be, and hereby IS, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Vi I lage Administrator and the Clerk-
Treasurer be, and they hereby are, directed to execute
n a contract in the name of the Vi I lage with the said Ct~~
I t)",,~ ~t.04" 1""- for the construction of said Comfort
LJ Station and two (2) Shelter Houses in accordance with the
specifications presently on fi Ie in the office of the Clerk-
Treasurer, and in accordance with the said bid of ~N?~

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS,
declared to be an emeegency measure necessary for the Imm-
ediate preservation of the public peace and safety for the
reason that a contract for construction of said structures
is necessary for said Dublin Community Park, and that this
Ordinance shal I take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage. /
