AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO THE STREET Ff/ND AND THE ROND RETIREMENT

D WHEREAS, to meet the obi igations of th~ Str~et Fund and
the Rond ~etirement Fund, it is no~ np~essary to t~ansfer
from the General Fund to said Street Fund and Bond Reti-
rement ce~tain sums of monies to meet said obi igation~'

memhers concurring:
SECTION I. That the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized
and directed to make a Transfer from the General Fund In
the sum of $ 16,528.79, and to Transfer into the Street
Fund the sum of $ 15,000.00 and into the Bond Retirement
Fund the sum of $ 1,528.79.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS
declared to be an emeegency measure necessary for the immr
ediate preservation of the publ ic peace and safety for th
reason that thes transfers are necessary to meet the obl-
igations of the Street Fund and the Bond Retirement Fund,
and that this Ordinance shal I take effect and be in force
D immediately upon its passage.
