AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE
FOR 1975: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

State of Ohio,~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That Ordinance 05-75, the Annual Appropriations
Ordinance for 1975, be and it hereby is amended as follows:
In the appropriations from the General Fund, by decreasing
the appropriation for Capital Improvements by the sum of
$~,~_OO, thereby decreasing said appropriation from
$ 396,752.00 to $ J",252.00, and by increasing the app-
ropriation for Recreation by the sum of $ 1,000.00, thereb1
increasing said appropriation from $ 3,500.00 to $ 4,500.00,
by increasing the appropriation for Contingencies by the
0 sum of $ ',000.00 thereby increasing said appropriation
from $ 6,000.00 to $IJL,OOO.OO, by increasing the approp-
riation for Auditor Deductions by the sum of $ 2,500.00,
thereby increasing said appropriation from $ 6,500.00 to
$ 9,000.00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the Imm-
ediate preservation of the public peace and safety for the
reason that it is necessary to amend 1975 Appropriations
so as to have sbfflcient funds appropriated for the accounJs
stated above, to meet the obligations of s id accounts.
