AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE FINAL APPOINTMENT OF LARRY
SEIFERT AS A FULL-TIME POLICEMAN OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
OHIO: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
~ WHEREAS: Larry Seifert has satisfactori Iy served a six
month probationary period as a Pol iceman of the Vi I lage: a d
WHEREAS: the Mayor has made a final appointment of the
said Larry Seifert as a ful I-time Pol iceman of the Vi I lage
and:
WHEREAS: Counc i I is of the opinion that the said Larry
Seifert is a suitable person for suc~ appointment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the
Vi II age of Dubl in, State of Ohio,~ of the elected
members concurring:
SECTION I . That the fi na I appointment by the Mayor of
Larry Seifert as a ful I-time Policeman of the Village
of Dub I in, Ohio be, and hereby is, conf i rmed.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS,
declared to be an,emergency measure necessary for the Imm-
ediate preservation of the publ ic peace and safety for the
D reason that the Vi I lage has an immediate need for an add-
it ional fu I I -t i me Po I iceman, and that this Ordinance shal I
take effect and be in force immed;~ .upon ;'2e.
