AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR

TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A COMFORT STA~ION
AND TWO (2) SHELTER HOUSES FOR THE COFFMAN ROAD COMMUNITY P~RK,

D SETTING FORTH THE SPECIFICATIONS: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCi'
WHEREAS, the Vi I lage of Dublin is developing its first Comm~nity
Park, and a Comfort Station and Shelter Houses are needed for
sa i d Park:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA I NED by the Counc i I of the V i II agel of
Dublin, State of Ohio,-",_ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the Vi I lage Administrator be, and he hereby IS,
author i zed and directed to advert i se for two consecut i ve wee1ks
for the construction of a Comfort Station and Two (2) Shel-ue.r

Houses for the Coffman Road Community Park in accordance wi~h the
plans and specifications prepared by the Vi I lage Engineer an~
presently on fi Ie in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer. AI I bids
shall be sealed, and shall be filed wi~h ~he Village Adminisr=a~or
of the Vi Ilage of Dubl in, Ohio, before 12:00 Noon 'J"..J,.,J ~, , 19 5,
at which time said bids shall be opened.
SECTION 2. Tha~ ~his Ordinance be, and ~he same hereby is, drc-
lared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public safety for the reason that the
Vi I lage is developing its first Community Park and a Comfort
0 Station and Shelter Houses are needed for said Park, and that
