AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 21-70 BY 1

CHANGING SECTION 541.08 ,
D lHEREOF, AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio , of the members concurring, that: ,

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 21-70, Section 541.08, the first
sentence thereof be amended to read as follows:
"541. 08 PERMITS. Prior to the erection of any sign other
than temporary window signs and other signs as regulated 1
in Section 541.02 (6), a permit shall be secured from the
Administration Officer.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance be, and it is hereby, declared
to be an emergency measure necessary to the immediate preser-
vation of the public health, safety and welfare fo the Village
of Dublin, and that it be in force and effect immediately upon
its passage.
