AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
NEN MAINTENANCE BUIIDING INCLUDING Contract "A",,:,M'aintenance Building,
Contract llBll - Mechanical and Contract "ClI - Electrical: authorizing
the Village Administrator and Clerk Treasurer to execute a Contract:
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
0 WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No: 23-75 bids have been received for
the construction of a new 1'Taintenance Building including Contracts llAIl,
I\B II and II Cll and:
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid ofPew'"" ..IAAJI.~?,",cNl j le:w.>7
for all three (3) Contracts in the amount of $ ~/, J~,;1.. ~
is the lowest and best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,

state of Ohio ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION' 1. That the bid of YEwI"" J:.+c.... for the construction of
a new Maintenance Building including Contracts lIAll, lIBlI and lIClI for the
Village of Dublin in accordance with the specifications presently on file
in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer be, and hereby is~ accepted.
SECTION 2. The the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasurer be, and
they hereby are, authorized and d~cted to execute a contract in the
name of the Village with the said ~~, j[+~ for the construction
of a new :Maintenance Building including Contracts llAll, lIBlI and lIClI for the
Village of Dublin in accordance with the specifications presently on file
in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, and in accordance with the said bid

1 SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
~ public safety for the reason that a contract for a new Maintenance Building
is presently needed to protect the health and safety of the residents of
the Village, and that this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately up?n its passage.
