AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOVTEST AND BEST BID FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
TO THE FOLLOWING ROADS OR PORTIONS OF SAID ROADS: BRIGHT ROAD, POST
ROAD, GLICK ROAD A1TD CONCORD ROAD: AND TI-::E CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROAD-
WAY AND PARKING LOT FOR THE DUBLIN C01lliillNITY PARK LOCATED AT POST
AND COFFMAN ROADS: AJlID DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
C WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No; 16-75 bids have been received for
the above named improvements, and
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid ofJU,.~DOII -51A-14 "t ~1NtA&_..,
in the amount of $ 'I. iPf. ~ is; the lowest and best bid:
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
state of 9hio, b of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of !J041ttl.OOO4 S,.:wt .., A~/for the improvements
named above, in accordance with plans and specifications presently on
file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer be, and hereby is accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasurer be,
and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a contract
in the name of the Village with the saidAJOA'7~oOd :S"r~""t .4'!t"~"7
for the improvements named above, in accordance with plans and spec-
ifications presently on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, and
in accordance with the said bid of A.JD4')~o04 :S-r.:wr- -r A,~,"",,-r .
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public safety for the reason that a contract for these improve-
~ ments is presently needed, and that this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage. II
