AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 1HE CODE OF ORDINANCES
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
0 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, {p of the elected members concurring that:
SECT ION l. Section 73.99 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village
of Dublin, Ohio be, and it is hereby, amended by adding the following sub-
section:
"73.99 (L) lVhoever violates Section 71.19
shall be fined not less than $100.00 nor
more than $ 500.00, plus the cos t of court."
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and it is, hereby, declared
an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the health, safety
and welfare of the residents of the Village of Dublin, and that it be in
force and take effect immediately upon its passage.
