AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING FOUR MEMBERS OF THE
PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE, AND
U DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio has, recently,
created a Parks and Recreation Committee for said Village; and
~ffiREAS, in the Ordinance creating said Committee, Council reserved
to itself, the right to appoint one of its own members to said Committee to-
gether with three residents of the said Village; and
WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that CA~,.Ji- ~"'a: ,

. of the Village of Dublin, should be appointed to said Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDAINED by the Council of the Village
of Dublin ~ of the members concurring, that:

Recreation Committee of said Village.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance be declared an Emergency measure i

necessary for the immediate protection of the public health, safety and
welfare of the Village of Dublin for the reason that said Village is, now,
planning various parks, procurring equipment therefore, and establishing
reereation programs all of which should be supervised by the Parks and

Recreation Committee, and, therefore, this Ordinance shall be in force and
effect immediately upon its passage. D
