AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO \
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEllY IvIAINTENANCE BUILDING
INCLUDING PLUMBING, HEATING, WATER SUPPLY AND ELECTRICAL: SE'ITING \
FORTH THE SPECIFICATIONS: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
~ WHEREAS, The Village of Dublin is in need of a new Maintenance Building:
~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Village Administrator be, and he hereby is, authorized
and directed to advertise, for two successive weeks, for bids for the
construction of a new Maintenance Building, including Plumbing, Heating,
Water Supply and Electrical in accordance with the plans and specifications
prepared by the Village Engineer and presently on file in the office of
the Clerk-Treasurer. All bids shall be sealed, and shall be filed with
the Village Administrator of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, before 12:00 Noon
~~I~J~ ' 1975, at which time said bids shall be opened.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public safety for the reason that a new Maintenance Building is
presently needed to protect maintenance equipment and to protect the
health and safety of the residents of the Village, and that this
Ordina~ce shall take effect and be in force ~pon its passage.
