AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TBE LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR A THREE-QUARTER TON
PICKUP TRUCK: AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR AND CLERK-TREASURER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN E~~RGENCY.
a WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No: 12-75 bids have been received for
the sale to the Village of a new three-quarter ton pickup truck; and
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of D""Ift,..,~ Cn6JU'-b1
in the amount of $ "-I, So>,"" ~ is the lowest and best bid:
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
state of Ohio,~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of ~"'^'"""" C\it:llRoI.6"t for the sale to the
Village of Dublin of a new hree-quarter ton pickup truck in accordance
with the specifications presently on file in the office of the Clerk-
Treasurer, be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasurer be,
and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a contract in
the name of the Village with the said &""'i'\1..I't-'t (~A.Dc..t:"7 for the
purchase by the Village of a new three-quarter ton pickup truck in
accordance with the specifications presently on file in the office
of the Clerk-Treasurer, and in accordance with the said bid O~~I~ ~ .
SECTION 3~ That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public safety for the reason that a contract for a new three-quarter ton
pickup truck is presently needed to protect the health and safety of the
0 residents of the Village, and that this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon it, passaged~.#.
