AN ORDINANCE AMENDING lliE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DUBLIN
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio
to of the e1ectedmemoers concurring, that:
SECT! ON 1. The Code of Ordinances of the Village of Dublin, Ohio be,
and it is hereby, amended by adding Section 71.26 as follows:
"71.26 - FAILURE TO CONTROL A VEHICLE
No person shall operate a vehicle upon any street or
highway without exercising reasonable and ordinary
control over such vehicle.
Penalty, see Section 73.99."
) .) SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after
