AN ORDINANCE FIXING TIlE SALARIES AND EXPENSE ACCOUNTS OF THE MAYOR
AND CLERK-TREASURER OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO AND REPEALING
ALL PRIOR INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES FIXING THE SALARIES, COMPENSATION
0 AND EXPENSES OF SAID OFFICIALS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
/'
Ohio, ~ of the members elected thereto concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor elected at the 1975 General Election, and
thereafter, shall be paid a compensation of $7,500.00 per year plus be
allowed an expense account of $1,000.00 per year.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer elected at the 1975 General
Election, and thereafter, shall be paid a compensation of $5,100.00 per year
plus be allowed an expense account of $1,000.00 per year.
SECTION 3. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent
herewith be and they hereby are repealed.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
(J from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
