AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING CERTAIN INTERSECfIONS AS
I 'NO TURN ON RED" I NfERSECT IONS
0 WHEREAS, as of July 1, 1975, all intersections in Ohio that are
controlled by traffic lights will be "Right turn on red permitted" inter-
, sections; and
,
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the Council of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio, pursuant to Section 4511.13 RC that certain intersections within said
Village should be designated as "No turn on red" intersections;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDAINED by the Council of the Village

of Dublin, Ohio, 5 of the members concurring, that:
SECTION 1. The intersections of Bridge Street and High Street, of
Bridge Street and High School Road, and the north and south intersection of
Bridge Street and Frantz Roads, are, hereby designated as "No turn on red"
[ ] intersections.
SECT ION 2. The Village Administrator is hereby directed to procure
and erect sufficient "No turn on red" signs at said intersection.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be in force and take effect at the
earliest period allowed by law.
