Y~"'EREAS, there is a need for the improvements indicated above;

NOYT, T!ffiREFORE, BElT ORDAI1~D, by the Council- of the Village of Dublin,
St:rte of Ohio, C of the elected members concurring; .
SECTION 1. That the Village Administrator be, and he tcereby is, ~uth-
orized and directed to advertise for bids, for two successive weeks,
for the improvements on the above, named Roads, Community Park Roadway
and parking lot including all necessary edging, cleaning, pre-leveling
and 0.11 'labor, materials, and equipnent necessary, in accordance with
~ t~e' plans and specifications prepared by the Village Engineer and pre-
sently on fi~e in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer. All bids shall be
.., sealed and shall be filed VIi th the Village Administrator of the Village

of Dublin before 12:00 noon D.S.T. ~~ :7..:2. , 1975, at w::ich
time said bids shall be opened.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure neccssary'~or the immediate preservation of the
I ' o.re presently
public safety for the reason that these improvements
needed to protect the :':ealth and' safe:t;)' of the residents of the Village,
and that this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force imrr~diattly
upon its passage.
