ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR A THREE QUARTER TON PICKUP TRUCK, SETrING
FORTH TBE SPECIFICATIONS: AND DECLARING AN E1vIERGENCY.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE I T ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ~ .of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Village Administrator be, and he hereby is, author-
ized and directed to advertise for bids for a new three quarter ton Pick-
up Truck, cab, chassis and bed, to be used with a front mounted Sn~' Plow
and having the following specifications:
1. A 1975 Model
2. G V W Rating 6400-82ee pounds
3. Four (4) wheel drive
4. Front and Rear ~~les-Heavy duty
5. Springs and Shock Absorbers- Beavy duty
6. Brakes- Po~~r Brakes
7. Engine- 318 cubic inches or larger-V 8
0 8. Tires- 8.75 x 16.5 Mud and Snmv- 8 ply
9. Battory- 70 Amp. >lr. or larger- Beavy duty
10. A1ternator- 60 Amp Heavy duty
11. Transmission- Automatic Four (4) speed

C Delivery date is to be specified in the bid, and must be within sixty
(60) days after acceptance of bid.
All bids shall be sealed and shall be filed with the Vi~l~ Administrator
Village of Dublin, Ohio, before 12:00 Noon h~~~" , 1975,
at which time said bids shall be opened. All bids shall lie accompanied
by bond or certified check in the amount of $ 100.00. The Council of the
- Village of Dublin reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
0 public peace, health and safety for the reason that a new three quarter
ton Pickup Truck is presently needed to better meet the service needs
and to protect the health and safety of the residents of the Village,
and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon
its passage.
