BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, I
r,,\ ~ of the elected members thereto concurring:

I That the "Dwelling House Code" a copy of which is
..; SECTION 1.
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof be, and it is
hereby adopted by the Village of Dublin, Ohio, is made a part of said
Village's Code of Ordinances, and shall, henceforth, govern the erection,
I
construction, repair, alteration and maintenance of one, two and three I
family dwelling houses within the said Village.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in I
I
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. I
