AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING :MEMBERS OF THE VILLAGE ARCHITECTURAL BOARD SETTING

THEIR TERMS: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
0 BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, state of Ohio, ~
of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons be, and they hereby are, appointed
as members of the Architectural Board as created in Ordinance 21-70, known as
the zoning Code of the Village of Dublin, Ohio:
a citizen member of the Planning & Zoning Corrmnssion
a real estate broker or appraiser
Co" a registered Architect

SECTION 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members of the Village
Architectural Board until the first meeting of Council in the year 1976, and:
until their successors are appointed, or until their death, resignation or
removal for cause as determined by Council.
SECTION 3. The members herein appointed acting as the Architectural Board,
shall perform the functions and duties as prescribed and defined by Ordinance
21-70, known as the Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.
~ SECTION 4. The members of the Architectural Board appointed herein shall meet
as soon as possible at the Municipal Building for the purpose of electing a
chairman, adopting rules for the conducting of business, and organizing the
Board, and transacting any other business which may Come before the board at
this meeting.
SECTION 5. That members of the Architectural Board shall serve without
compensat ion.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health and safety for the reason that an Architectural Board is immediately
necessary to perform the functions and duties prescribed by Ordinance 21-70
and that this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon ~assage.
