AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF TEE VILLAGE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS,
SETTING TEEIR TERllS: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

of the elected members concurring:

W- SECTION 1. That the foll~/ing named persons be, and they hereby are, appointed
as members of the Village Board of Zoning Appeals as created in Ordinance 21-7
~~~ as the Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.

\ SECTION 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members of the Village
Board of Zoning Appeals until the first meeting of Council in the year 1976,
and until their successors are appointed, or until their death, resignation
or removal for cause as determined by Council.
SECTION 3. The members herein appointed, acting as the Board of Zoning Appeals
shall perform the functions and duties as prescribed and defined by Ordinance
21-70 known as the Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.
, SECTION 4. The members of the Board of Zoning Appeals appointed herein, shall
it I meet as soon as possible at the Municipal Building for the purpose of electing
'~ a chairman, adopting rules for conducting business, organizing the Board and
transacting any other business which may corre before the Board at said meeting
SECTION 5. That members of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall serve without
compensa.tion.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace
health and safety for the reason that a Board of Zoning Appeals is immediately
necessary to perform the functions and duties prescribed by Ordinance 21-70,
