BE IT OP~AINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, 6
. of the members concurring, that:
SECTION 1. The Village Planners l " . . " . .
are, hereby, authorized and directed to proceed with the creation
of a special zoning district for the Sawmill 161 Quadrant as was
previously suggested by the said Planners, the Planning Commission and
approved by Council.
SECTION 2. The Village Planners 1 -. . " . are, further,
directed to recommend to this Council whatever legislation they deem
necessary to create this special zoning district.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance will take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
