AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A MEMBER
TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMI-
0 TTEE.
WHEREAS, in February 1978, one member of said Committee was
appointed to serve an unexpired term, said appointment to end on
Apr i I 4, 1978:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That Mel Shaver is hereby appointed to serve on the
Parks and Recreation Committee for a period of two (2) years
commencing on the effective date of this Ordinance. He sha II ,
however, continue to serve unti' such time as Counci I appoints
his respective successor.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest period allowed by 'aw.

~ to reject any and all bids.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and ,for the
further reason that the Village desires to have said Salt Storage
Faci I ity in operation for the Winter of 1978-1979 therefore this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
